asked for oil change. requested castrol high mileage. the guy told my dad he put regular oil in the vehicle. front desk said they did castrol. wasnt to big a deal until i drove 3 miles home to find the oil half full and unchanged. oil was as dark as my hair. there is no way my oil was changed. wont be back. pisses me off when auto shops think women are dumb and know nothing about a vehicle. if you are getting an oil change best stand outside and watch them do it.
RecommendedI would totally recommend Tire Town to anyone. They are very professional and as helpful as can be. I own a Sweeping Co and I go through ALOT of tires. Of all the tire companies I’ve used in Picayune, Tire Town is the only Co that has gone above and beyond to help me keep my trucks safe and on the road.Listen, Leah and Colston are always there to make sure I the job gets done right!!!
