HORRIBLE customer service!!! DO NOT BUY TIRES from this place!! I purchased 2 tires on 10/15/18 on 9/30/19 I got a flat with no nails in the tire. The entire outer and inner wall of the tire was cracked. Went in and they said it’s from running on a flat tire... Ummm NO!! Because if I was driving for that long on a flat tire why was there no damage to my rim? Also how does a tire go flat without a nail in it!!! WILL NEVER USE THIS JOKE OF A PLACE AGAIN!!! Had a purchased from Walmart I wouldn’t have this problem!
I went in today to drop off 2 tires for service. The shop technician was quick to go outside to remove them from my truck and Leah was very nice and helpful in getting the service order written up. She even took the time upon pickup to look up prices for other tires we will need for our other vehicles. Overall, a good experience, very helpful staff, and quick service. Thank you!
