Tiptree Dental Surgery is great. Nice friendly helpful people and my Dentist Will is the best dentist I have ever had.
I like the dentists here, they are very attentive and friendly. But some of the receptionists are indeed as rude and supercillious as the comments say. I got heavily reprimanded down the phone when trying to book a check up for the first time because I apparently hadn't had one in ages. Bare in mind I was 20 and had been at university for the past year. I have been visiting here for many many years. Always a friendly and competent service from all staff. I am more than happy with the treatments received. Soon to be going again for my annual checkup :)
I have a real fear of dentists but Alex made me feel very comfortable and at ease, I cannot recommend Alex enough.
I’ve seen Mimi a couple of times both for extremely damaged teeth - not just a check up. I found both her and her nurse kind, understanding, friendly and professional. Mimi explained my options for repair in an easily understandable way and did the job quickly and efficiently. Makes going to the dentist almost a pleasure 🥴
