I started going to Tips n Toes when I was 16. I had a few nail techs do my nails, but fell in love with Bin. She made it her duty to know about me and my life, always greeted me by name and was sure to remember our previous conversations. She always spent the time focused on me and how I liked my pedicures. I moved up north a little over a year ago, and have tried other nail places, but none compare to my pedicure with Bin. I took my grand daughter for a spa day and nails... She enjoyed the special treatment by Julie!
First time here very good pedi I'll go back again!
I really don't know why this place got lots of bad reviews. I went in yesterday and had the best pedi I've had in a long time. My nail technician took her time and always asked if she was being to harsh and if the rag/water was too hot. Def my new place to get my nails done. Also bravo too the front desk manager, it was super busy and she made sure everyone was taken care of.
