I had the Best gel manicure ever done by Paulina. I will be back next time I am in Rochester.

I love Mia, I have been going to her for a year now! She always remembers my name and does an amazing job! She can do any design I show her, and always does much better than the picture! I highly recommend her!!!

Loved my experience at 41st street salon came in with an idea and Mia perfected it beyond my imagination!
My mother had a horrible experience over the weekend where they pointed at her and talked about her almost her entire pedicure. She said she was absolutely embarrassed! Normally she doesn't go alone but she said she was so humiliated she will never go back. Her pedicure looks awful as well! I can't believe you treat customers that way. With my family owning a small hair salon in town I will definately not be recommending clients to go to you guys.

I went to the South location today. Totally disappointed. The girl put no effort into getting the ruff dry skin off my feet. I had to ask her to clean the "dirt" from under my toe nails with their special tool. Will never go back. Since it changed owners it's never been the same.
