I went with my friend Heidi and we both get pedicures very often. They did get us right in but my water was cold and I did soak for a long time before anyone came to me. When she finally did come she was very nice but not very good at pedicures and from what I remember years ago she was really good, she did not even file or clip my nails, barely filed the bottom of my feet and the little she did they were peeling and shredded, good massage but by the end of the day all my polished had chipped. This is by far the best nail salon I've been to. Every time I've been to Tips N Toes the customer service has been outstanding. They are friendly and also take their time to perfect your nails. They even painted my two year old neices nails and toes for $5 and they were so patient with her. I've been to my fair share of nightmare salons where they just don't seem to care. It's obvious they care about their customers here. I 100% would recommend.
Kenny is AMAZING! My nails always look great and he is fast but very precise. I was in and out gel polish removal + manicure + gel polish in 45 mins! Been seeing him for 5 months and never have I been disappointed!!
Gel nails chipped within two days, had them fixed lasted two more days... I have had gel manicures on a regular schedule never have I had such poor quality.
Never have I found a place that has you make an appointment and then doesn't even sit you next to your group of people. Plus i had an appointment at 2:45 and they took a walk in and started on them until i spoke up and said something then they finally started on me 10 minutes later after i had to tell them again that i had and appointment.
