One of main receptionists is incredibly rude and acts like you're an inconvenience. Some techs are good and some are mediocre. Went in today to get dip gel repair and the guy doing my nails grabbed a different color gray than the previous color, so I have two fingers that are mismatched lol. They also dip all the clients' nails into the same pot--which isn't hygienic. Furthermore, used the same nail file on HIS nails as I was curing mine in the light. Wth. My gel manicure did not last even 6 hours before it was starting to peel off (I didn't pick at them or do anything to ruin them). By the next day 5 of my nails were lifted right from my nails and the gel polish came off. Very disappointed.
Very frustrated! I took my 3 year old granddaughter for a mani/pedi. Gave her a bath that night and all the polish came off. Didn't even last one day!
My only experience at this salon: had a reservation for 1pm, waited for 45min, the manicurist sat someone else, I got an apology and then I left. Very disappointing and frustrating. I simply wanted a gel manicure. Please honor your reservations!

I have been going to Julie here for over a year now and she is amazing!! However the receptionist the last time I was there which was 2 weeks ago was extremely rude, short with customers, loud and disrespectful. I'm really needing my nails done but don't want to call and deal with her to set up an appointment. Please do something with her I like to get my nails done, relax and enjoy myself not deal with a receptionist yelling over everyone and rushing you to pay so she can leave. Other than that it is a great place.
