Jon is by far the best in town... I have never been disappointed and is creative and is amazing at designs

I have never been to NW location but they have take over L Nails in SW and I would not recommend at all. Owner is rude and management is rude but technicians are very nice. I have been there 6 times and I am done. I gave them a chance to work out the kinks but they have put no effort into South store and poor customer service. I know of many who have left. I went there a couple weeks ago and got a pedicure with a friend. Mine peeled of in 2 DAYS. Then I though maybe it was just a bad day. Went back to get a full set for homecoming and they looked awful. The gentleman. Put the tip to far down you could see my nail underneith. I wouldn't ever go back. My business with go somewhere else!

Was in today and had pedicure with Maria. She wasn't very friendly,never introduced herself, she nipped me twice and never said anything. She also barely scrubbed the loose skin on my feet,still have dry peeling skin on my heals.
Rushed pedicure's, poor quality and not a relaxing environment.
Love coming here and love that they did my 6 year old's birthday nails!
