Booked an appointment weeks ago - day before our holiday - turned up and it’s shut with a sign on a shutter! Awful service.
Sadly the same review as others, I made an appointment online only to arrive at the shop and the shutters are down with a sign saying it's shut. The shop will respond saying they let people know on social media but I checked both their Facebook and Instagram page before travelling. 1 hour round trip with a baby for nothing.
This has happened twice where I have booked an appointment , turned up, and no one has been there and the shop has remained closed, waited for 10 minutes and still closed. Very disappointing and unprofessional, especially if you have an SEN.
Such a lovely experience for my little boy, who is currently on the ASD pathway and struggles with sensory issues around haircuts. We’ve tried so many barbers before, but this has been the best experience by far. The lady who cut his hair was so patient, kind, and friendly, and really took her time with him. You can tell she genuinely understands children with sensory sensitivities. We’ll definitely be coming back and would highly recommend to any parent with children who struggle with haircuts.
Leanne is lovely understanding as my boy has ASD and does not like getting his hair cut. She is always patient and does an amazing job
