The lady who did my nails is very rude. Because of my disability, my leg tends to get a bit rigid. So she's had to bend it a few times but then she would keep sighing and huffing and shouting something to her colleagues in their language. She'd roll her eyes and mumble something from time to time while doing my nails too. ‼️‼️I went to Tina’s Nails last month to have my gel polish removed, planning to get a new set afterwards. The person who did the removal appeared to be a school-aged apprentice, which I only noticed later. She took far too long and was overly aggressive, filing my nails down so much they bruised. She kept apologising, clearly aware she was causing damage. Another staff member eventually stepped in and, realising the issue, offered to cover it with clear polish — no real solution. I Asked for leopard print french tip and they said they had no time I then asked for normal french tips and the outside but on the picture was pink, My nails are orange. The man doing my nails was huffing and puffing like he didn’t want to do them, My friend asked for infills and they made her get a soak off which resulted in them being £47 despite mine also being infills which were £32.
