I visited the shop yesterday and Billy I think he is called gave me the most exceptional service. He is honest and genuinely cares about his profession. He offers great prices for used jewellery, unlike the pawn shop opposite!
I needed a new watch clasp and chain and he explained how a new clasp couldn't be attached but found a way to close it anyway without damage and searched his shop until he found the right chain and didn't charge for it. He also gave me great advice about my grandma's tiara. The dog there was cute as well.
Excellent, personal service when making a purchase recently. Billy was extremely helpful, personable and went the extra mile to make sure the purchase of earrings for my wife was a great experience. We highly recommend Timeless Jewellery, Lytham.....
