Great customer services. The only need to improve is communicating the service contract paper to the consumer. This would prevent conflict between the service department and the customer.
Fast service and courtesy staff. Lounge was nice and clean. Good selection of snacks and drinks to purchase.

On 08/14/2023 I came in to look at vehicles at Gosch Chevrolet in Hemet CA 92545 had an appointment with sales associate Georgi Radkov right off the bat. He was rude, non-welcoming took my information came back told me that it’s gonna take an hour and a half to run my credit with the banks then he started tailgating me and asking me personal questions about my bank account, and if I even have money in my bank account, which I felt violated, sat there and waited to hour and a half for them to say that I was not accepted, and ... read more
