The parking brake handle in my truck broke off while I was out of town. I called the parts department and Lance got one ordered up for me for pick up on my way home. I appreciate that very much. Great customer service!

I recently purchased a 2023 Chevrolet Bolt EUV from Gosch Chevrolet. During the purchasing phase everything went smooth and the sales team was very helpful. One of the incentives when purchasing this vehicle was a $500 dollar charging credits or $1000 credit to purchase and install a home charger. I chose the charging credits! I recently purchased a vehicle from Gosch Chevrolet and the experience was generally okay. Brian, my salesperson, was great. He was easy to talk with and I’d not hesitate to recommend him. One surprise I had was finding out once we were finalizing the process that apparently the dealer installed a $1400 “Theft patrol” tracking device that requires a monthly subscription.
