This is the second time that I have received poor service from this dealership. I called in to get help with a slow leak on my Cadillac Escalade. EXT truck. I simply need to have the spare put on so I can have time to determine what type of tire set for which to replace all tires. I called in to the service department rep - She gave me 2 options.
