Bought a Chevy Trax about a month ago at Gosch in Hemet and I have been enjoying it to the fullest. Everyone at the dealership has been so very courteous and polite. Today (Feb.26,2020) I came in for my first oil change and was greeted outside by Paul Powell in service. I was quite early for my appointment but he got me in early and is taken care of everything for me. He was so nice and very attentive to my car needs. Thanks paul for a bright start to my morning. I worked with Sara and Nick in the internet department, with my most recent truck purchase. I told them what I wanted and they worked hard to find me exactly what I was looking for, keeping my updated the whole time. When I came into the dealership to sign the paperwork they were even able to find me a lower interest rate than what I came in pre approved with. Overall this was the best, no pressure, car buying experience I've had.

Got out equinox last night and our sales consultant Jake Forsberg was fantastic! He wasn't pushy or aggressive but helpful and informative. He got the exact vehicle we wanted and everything was done in rapid time. Highly recommend Jake! Jose Polasek was our finance manager and he was also a class act. Everything went smooth and pretty fast and he even found us an extra rebate. Great store!
I recommend going to see Lance Farland in the parts department. He’s an awesome guy, helped me out and was very friendly.
