This is my second time bringing my 19 Traverse for an oil change and Paul Powell has been my advisor both times. Really exceeds expectations as far as service and knowledge. I can never get in Chevy in Temecula within a reasonable amount of time and Gosh Chevrolet in hemet always fits me in.
Paul Powell was our service advisor, very nice, knowledgeable, and biggest part is he was not pushy with trying to sell us things we didn’t need. Thanks Paul!

👍🏻Went in today needing a new gas cap and possibly a new remote . The gas cap was cheap but a new remote can be a couple hundred dollars . Paul Powell in the service department fixed the remote I had and saved me from having to buy a new one . Also Nathan Wey in parts was great help 👍🏻
I Needed a key for my older suburban because I had lost the only key I had. Lance Farland did an exceptional job taking care of us in an expidited manner. Great CUSTOMER SERVICE & EXPERTISE!
