Service was excellent from the call I made to them to schedule the oil change to when I checked in to when my car was ready. The service department is very helpful and their customer service is excellent.

I came to the dealership specifically to purchase a brand-new vehicle, but instead, they tried to push me into a smaller car and even pressured me to consider a certified pre-owned vehicle. Would not acknowledge that my brake pads were faulty. Had to go to another dealership where they replaced them under warranty due to a defect. Service department at Tim Moran dealership said that the identified defect was normal.
These People tell you anything to get you in, than the whole script changes.. Went to have work done on car, talk to Cassandra and Jennifer...what a waist of time. This is not a reliable place, Under handed and very misleading..
