Nathan in parts did a great job in ordering parts for my car, and getting them in a timely matter.
Franky and Philip did everything they could to make us a sweet deal on the truck we wanted, told them what we wanted to do and they stayed true to their word and made me the deal I couldn’t pass up thank you Gosch Chevrolet we will be back soon for my wife’s car

I lost a little part for my trailblazer. Not important to my cars operation at all. But the parts department still treated me like it was important. Ordered it and called me as soon as it came in. Great customer service!

Disappointed with my experience so far with the service department. My 2017 Chevrolet Volt was dropped off on May 24th. They have had my vehicle for a total 41 days. I’ve tried calling my service advisor Dean Page multiple times to get a detailed update, but he always seems to be on lunch or with a client. I’ve left Michael the service manager VMs to call me back with an update he never did. Dean and another male representative at the service department were extremely rude and arrogant. Both of them sending me back and forth because neither one wanted to write up the paperwork to service my Tahoe. So Emma stepped in and handled everything with professionalism while being extremely sweet, polite and helpful. Her customer service was top notch!
