I needed a few little parts for my Silverado and the chevy parts department had what I needed in stock.
The key broke on my Camaro. The parts department got it for the very next day. Thats what I call great customer service. Thank you Chevy Parts!
Worst experience with any automotive business I've ever had. The service department are crooks. They tried to charge me double book time on a motor teardown. They left my block out in the rain exposed which i had to have honed to remove all the rust. They lost my exhaust manifold, intake manifold, throttle body, and injectors and gave me someone else's complete set of head bolts. Today service was great. Came in and they fixed my car and got me out before I had to go to work. I really appreciate this dealership because they always come through and are able to help me with my car.
For the first service of my vehicle I cannot say how quick and on time this dealership was Brianna was awesome

You never find good customer service these days, except for here at the service department. Briana was quick and courteous while checking me in for my service appointment. The complimentary waters on a hot day were a nice touch.
