This is the ONLY place to purchase a vehicle and get it serviced! I have been a loyal customer of Gosch for almost 7 years and I drove from Vancouver Washington to get my truck serviced. I just haven’t been very happy with Chevy dealers in Oregon and Washington. I will continue to come back to California and Gosch for all my vehicle needs. Dean Page seems to have a bad attitude and does not seem friendly when speaking to customers.
11/16/23 called and scheduled an appt. to get my repair I was told was not under warranty but I found my warranty and it was a covered repair. Took the car in and they apologized and then took the car. Dean called and said it would need to be kept over the weekend and that they would get a car rental also covered under warranty. When I called at 4:30 pm Dean was working on the rental since repair was approved. Then Saturday morning no call back and no car.
