Came in for an oil change. Alex was the advisor, and he welcomed me. The original appointment was with Ford, but a power outage forced a reschedule. I had a coupon for the service to be performed at Ford. The Ford advisor rescheduled me to the Chevy store. Even though the coupon was for for Ford,Alex took the coupon and applied it to the service at Chevy. The service took a little longer than I was told it would. Alex kept me updated. Overall I had a good experience.
This is the second car I have purchased from here (named Gosch before) because every visit for sales or service has been excellent.

Service was excellent from the call I made to them to schedule the oil change to when I checked in to when my car was ready. The service department is very helpful and their customer service is excellent.

If I could give zero stars, I would. My experience with Tim Moran in Hemet has been nothing short of a nightmare. I came to the dealership specifically to purchase a brand-new vehicle, but instead, they tried to push me into a smaller car and even pressured me to consider a certified pre-owned vehicle. Would not acknowledge that my brake pads were faulty. Had to go to another dealership where they replaced them under warranty due to a defect. Service department at Tim Moran dealership said that the identified defect was normal.
