Ayser was great.... The dealership.. awful 8 months ago I bought a 2014 KIA Cadenza from this dealership. Before I go into the bad let me start off with the good. Vehicle Malfunctions We leased a 2018 Mazda CX 5. The vehicle has been back for problems more times than any new vehicle should. Each time the same response" we couldn't duplicate the problem" or "we couldn't find anything wrong". My wife recently was pulling into a parking space. When she stepped on the brake the car accelerated instead of stopping and hit a building. Bottom line is, they are dishonest, you will feel screwed Stay away!!!!!!! Save your day, go to any other Madza dealership, especially Madza of Orem The difference is night and day! Black and white! Good or evil! Get a great deal or get totally screwed over. Summary. Stay away from Madza Southtown, They SUCK
Dishonest , Rude, Illegal contracts Stay away!!!!!!!! Terrible Service!!!!!!! They shouldn’t be named Southtown Madza, Should be named Scam Artists!!!! They do not check over their vehicles, that way if you don’t catch a problem before you sign the contract they refuse to fix the problem and make excuses.
Avoid The issue with this dealership is the lack of consistency. As you read the other reviews, you might find someone great or you may not. They might keep their word, or they may not. They may be honest, or they may not. If they lie, and you catch them in a lie after the fact, than they will blame you for not catching them in the lie BEFORE you purchased. If you catch them in a lie before you purchase than good for you. You can than get a better deal. It's not the kind of business I choose to work with.
Started out well, but ended with complete lack of integrity We purchased a used car as a gift for our daughter on her Birthday. We purposely bought it early to ensure she could drive it and have fun on her birthday. We paid cash and the dealership graciously allowed us to leave the car parked on the premisis to help with the surprise (thus the 2 stars instead of 1). Lies! Lies, lies, and cover-ups! We simply were sent home with the wrong vehicle and they would not honor their word. They told us and showed us a car with features that convinced us to buy the car and then sent us home with a car that did not have those features. Tried to work with them to make things right and they covered up their lies! Please avoid like the plague! BTW Murray store is the same owner don't think you will get honesty there either!
Ask for Erica Great dealership! Didn't feel pressured or rushed. I bought a preowned 2007 Jeep Wrangler about a year ago and went back to lease a CX5 a few months ago. I wanted to buy from the same person, Erica. She made me feel comfortable and really respected my budget. She worked hard to get me exactly what I wanted and didn't let me down. I highly recommend asking for her.
Great experience My experience with Southtown Mazda was a good one. Erica was my sales person, she was knowledgeable and easy to work with I really liked her. I have to say the other salesperson and the finance dept was great, they were all so helpful!
