This is the worst most dishonest car dealership I have ever dealt with. Three times they tried to deceive me with extra line items on the car price and trade in value. These people are crooks and I can’t believe they can still sleep at night. Michael is new there apparently but he was not nice and super shady. I feel used and abused by these crooks. They should all go to jail.
Very poor experience. Dismissive salesmen who are shady and secretive about pricing of vehicles and disguise their extended warranty ($2k extra on top of other fees) under their “worry-free inspection” and act like it’s mandatory (extended warranties are never mandatory). Gave them an offer on a car and they said their manager was too busy to review and they’d call me the next day. Never heard from them again. Understaffed and more interested in selling bank loans than cars.
Leased a vehicle at the end of 2020. Main reasons for choosing this dealership was the free oil changes for life and free tire replacement. Every time I went in it took over 2 hours for a scheduled oil change. Of course they put tires on that have a low tread ware of 300. When I attempted to get new tires they denied ever offering this replacement. They also dissolved the company and restructured to another name under the same owner. Don't make the same mistake. Find a more reputable and honest dealer, if at all possible.
Completely unhelpful. Not respectful of my time at all. Would not answer any of my questions. I asked directly repeatedly. They gave me the runaround with a load of xx and pressured me to come in. No thanks.
One of the absolute WORST sales people in the state. After wasting my time for 3 straight hours pulling different car options, having me test drive, and being secretive about the finale price of a car, they began to up the price of a possible vehicle only after pulling my credit, and as we were about to finalize the deal. They added on an additional $1,400, when asked what this $1,400 additional charge was for, their finance team told me it was for an “inspection”. I went in to look for a car but on that day it seems like no one wanted to me although it seems like people were busy doing stuff and helping others but I gotta tell you when Kenzon came out of no where to help me out with such an amazing enthusiasm and he truly helped me with all of his best ability.
They were not transparent. I called Geoff and he didn't return my call so Jack contacted me. I told him the issues I had. No response from Jack for 2 days so I had to go in to discuss the issues because I knew they were dragging their feet on this. They told me the walkout and price, and when contract was written up it was way above the agreed price. We went in expecting the online price but ended being charged more. They're the most DISHONEST dealer in town. So save your money. I regret buying from them. Just look at all the bad reviews on Google from unsatisfied customers. I wish I knew about those reviews before looking for a car. I hope they go out business.
This is probably one of the most dishonest dealers I've dealt with. I dont normally write reviews but I would hate for someone to go buy a car from them without a heads up. I bought a car 2 months ago and recently found out that it had some damage that was undisclosed to me. Not only undisclosed, but flat lied to. I asked to see a car fax report on the car I was buying.
