I FELT LIKE A STEP CHILD THAT TOOK DAD'S CAR FOR A SPIN So to start this nightmare I go to this dealership and this is my 1st time trying this group, I usually and forever for now will go to LowBook Sales. Excellent car buying experience! I just purchased a 17 Mazda 3 GT 6 speed manual this past Friday. I worked with Kent Douglass and he made the buying process very easy. I test drove the car the day before and I knew I was going to come back to buy it. It was also great that he owns a Mazda 3 so he was able to answer a lot of questions I had about the car. The BEST! This was the best experience I have ever had as a consumer. I was given the facts as I decided whether a Mazda was for me. Before I signed papers, I was given each figure along with an explanation so that there were no surprises after papers were printed. No pressure at all. I have never felt so comfortable inside a dealership! Ahmad was such a polite salesman. He is very sincere and honest.
