Mileage was recorded wrong and battery cap was not replaced properly. All else was Ok.
I was very impressed with Rachel the salesperson I worked with. She was very patient with me and explained in detail all the technology the vehicle has that I’m not familiar with. She was very knowledgeable with everything concerning the vehicle.
Friendly staff, good service, and free coffee, hot chocolate, water bottles in the waiting room.

I realized last minute that I needed an oil change. They didn’t give me a hard time at all! They warmly welcomed me, on a Saturday, a few hours before closing. They got it done in no time. Great service!
The only reason they get one star is because zero wasn’t an option. Deceptive, dishonest, and rude. Had a faulty FOB on a brand new CX5. It fell apart twice in 4 months. When I made the appointment they knew I had no intention of paying for any of it. The GM comes out and tells me Mazda would never back this up. (Lie) I asked why he didn’t tell me this 2 weeks ago?
