Do not be mislead looking at the reviews of this Til bury remodeling and construction company.. I did the mistake of going as per their reviews and called them for my bathroom remodeling work. When we called they immediately referred us to their sub contractor GVN builders to come and visit our house and do the work. The contractor of GVN builders Mr Samy and Plumber Florin agreed for an amount , invoiced us and took 50% of the payment from us to buy material. Tilbury Remodeling & Construction subcontracted our work and now we are without a bathroom for about 3 weeks. The builder doesn't care at all. I have been repeatedly reaching out for help but it's all in vain. The subcontractor keeps asking for more money from what was agreed. The people who actually work are not paid and they too are very dissatisfied. They have now given up working and my bathroom work is stalled. I retained Tilbury Remodeling & Construction to design and implement a major renovation to my master bath. One of the project managers there came up with a great design, and went on to assist me in selecting and negotiating good prices on fiixtures. The building crew was polite, neat, good at cleaning and very efficient. There was an unexpected glitch due to a preexisting plumbing defect that they handled fast and well.
