Overall happy, however some issues. I ordered the laptop 20x10 shed. The first opening door is a poor fit and catches the frame. Had to remove it and plane the edge off. The galvanised nails for the roofing felt are a joke. Very short (which i sm aware they need to be short, but not that short). The are straight with no ridges in so pull straight out and we're not long enough to go through 2 sheets of felt. Had to get different ones to do the job. It wasn't a cheap shed, but little things let it down.
Bought expensive Tiger shed from Stonham Barns almost £2500 with installation. Shed arrived, a few days later the team arrived to put it together . Within a short time they realised the wrong roof truss had been sent. They ordered a replacement due to be delivered in 5 days. It wasn't. We rang and was told it hadn't even been sent. They would send in 2 days. They sent it to Stonham Barns. We were told no one could find it! We gave the information we had from DHL, they found it. Unbelievably it was the wrong truss again. Smooth. Simple. Plenty of additional options to more improve your shed. Process explained before buying. The shed itself comes flat packed with easy to understand assembly instructions and fits together well. Excellent choice of shed!
Appalling customer service, the absolute worst people to deal with! Nothing has been as promised! The delivery was the wrong week and then 4 hours earlier than I had been informed. Surly delivery driver treated me like I was dumb but the wrong door panel was delivered! Called straight away it was loaded into back garden and the eror was obvious. Please Note, l decided not to put up the Review as requested due to the Followings , the 4 Windows Panels by the side, was not sealed, by the installer’s, when it rains, water comes through it - 2 The key holes was not well done and the Silver key, is also Rusted, So many things were not well Presented at all, Not really Happy at all, and l paid Money - Soo sad, Overall Quality of the Shed is really BAD
