Do not bother! If you’re lucky to get all your parts, great! If not…good luck!!! I’m disabled with mobility issues and living a nightmare! Arrived without vital parts (fx4b I even stated stage 1 of build) they sent - 2 weeks later - a sodding key!!!! Literally end stage of build!!! To get to even that point was hell. Terrible Service. Utterly Disdainful Towards Customers. I bought two sheds. One arrived with a warped door. They have refused to replace it. The second shed is missing an essential roof part. They have not sent it. The contents of my old demolished shed are all over the garden and conservatory for the summer. This one has been sat, incomplete, in the garden for a month now. Unbelievable. Beware. Good branding but their customer service is nonexistent. She’d delivered in April. Now late August and still unable to contact them by telephone and they do not answer emails. Photos below will show shoddy, inferior poor workmanship. Part of my shed door had a different colour wood stain on it , nails protruding on pout side panels, sections of framework cut too short, nails not going into framework. I could go on but overall it’s not a bad shed but attention to detail in construction is poor.
If you’re looking to buy a shed in April only for it not to be delivered on two separate occasions, and for the driver to damage it and then refuse to deliver it — look no further. “Useless” doesn’t even begin to describe how shocking this company is. The people on the phones are polite, but I honestly don’t know what they do, as nothing ever gets resolved. Save yourself the headache and don’t buy anything from this lot. Absolutely shocking.
