Fantastic session! We booked through WhatsApp and all information was clearly provided before hand. There is lots of parking. Classes are Quickly turned around which was not an issue as we knew what to expect from the messages. The class is nurturing and my dog was positively encouraged to swim and have fun, whist been safe and supported. Great session to ensure your pooch is familiar in water.

Brilliant venue to bring your pet to swim in a safe environment and provide 1 to 1 coaching in the water to guide you and your pets for a closer bond whilst swimming. Our Milo is usually nervous around new people and instantly loved Anna and Grace which is amazing! Anna and Grace are brilliant at what they do and they provided plenty of photography of our session. We will 100% be looking to make this a regular session!

Grace gave lots of great information when I called and is such a lovely lady. We booked and when we went she was great and talked me through it all. Don't arrive more than 5 mins before, she won't get able yo get to the door. We signed health forms. Grace fitted his harness whilst I went to the bathroom (dogs are allowed to go in if needed or wanted). Grace told me where to safely got into the small pool via some steps. Had a brilliant first session with Tidal Paws. The staff were fantastic, the facilities were spotless, and the whole experience was top-notch. Mack learnt how to confidently swim, giving us much more confidence when he disappears off swimming on his walks and this was no doubt down to the brilliant guidance from the team. Couldn’t recommend this place enough—Mack is already counting down to his next dip!
