started with service back in 2024, and later realized no need this service, so I called in in mid of 2025 to cancel my subscription, and later find out, I still been charged UNITL Jan of 2026! definitely, not recommending for any small business to use them
THRYV OWES US A TON OF We were promised specific quotas and guaranteed results by ARRON at Thryv, with assurances of refunds if they couldn’t deliver. Unfortunately, none of those promises were fulfilled. We received no real jobs from their service, and when we raised concerns, there was no accountability or refund as promised. Very disappointing experience – be cautious of big claims that don’t come through. THRYV still OWES US A LOT OF MONEY!!!!!!
