I applied for a refinance from LoanDepot in November of 2020. Since that time, we have had a comedy of errors due to papers that never arrived and canceled doc signing appointments, etc. I'm told by Pxxx of LoanDepot that Closing USA had offices in Texas that were closed due to recent storms, and that was the problem. I've now sent over $xxx,xxx to Closing USA and I've received no acknowledgment or receipt that Closing USA received those monies. Employees/company is very unreliable and not helpful at all unless you make a lot of money and not a 57 year old widow that is trying to do this on my own and work 3 jobs. Had a closing disclosure all set than denied my refi. I called my loan advisor and processor for two weeks, neither returned my call. Finally I called customer service and they told me to call Kurtiis’s ex boss, Michael. I finally got through to find my refi denied-no one got in touch with me. Loan depot has very poor customer service. When you call in your hold times are long and call get disconnected. I called at 9am to speak with a supervisor they said none were available they had to put a ticket in for someone to call me back. Needless to say no one called back I started the loan 1/27 and as of today I cannot even get a loan status. Would never Reccomend loan depot

By far the smoothest loan process that i have gone through. Communication throughout the entire process kept me informed. The loan portal made signing documents effortless.

Dont trust to this company My name is Andreh and I lock my rate by 01/20/2021 and submit my requirements paper work but unfortunately the loan officer he didn't respond my phone ca which I called him and left voice mail for fou r times and also send two emails but without any respond my loan got rejected and when I r try to find out what is going on thelian officer Ken and his supervisor David,they didn't do nothing for me. Then try to do your loan with company which they care about their customers.

I just completed my third loan/refi with Loan Depot and have had nothing but a positive experience in each case. These have been a standard loan, VA loan and IRRRL refi. Each of these went smoothly and timely compared to my previous experiences with major lenders like *****and ***** ******

Everything seemed to be going great until after my closing. I was told I wouldn’t have to pay mortgage payment in March & I would be getting a check from my escrow account. I never received the check and I received a statement to pay March’s payment. I called the the number on the statement and was told it was February’s payment that I shouldn’t have paid so I looked for the number of the agent I was assigned to and he told me he had to get back to me but he told me the escrow money should have been paid by my old mortgage c... read more
