It was a painless transaction, started with a phone call from a rep to a phone call to a loan officer , two weeks start to finish . They did every thing they said within the time and date that was given from all parties involved . Thanks for all you help.

Setting up automated payment is a huge hassle. My loan can't be found in the system even 10 days after the closing.
