I want to refinance and cashout a property. I have submitted my loan application in April 12, 2021. Today is June 24, 2021 and I'm till waiting, they keep doing lock rate extension. To me they are very unorganizedthey did close the loan as promised by the initial loan officer.hope the mortgage amount remains as it was promised by initial loan officer..there seem to be a disconnect between senior loan officers and initial loan officers that caused a real stress in my closing
