The team who was assigned to my loan never communicated with me. I continuously had to **** them down through customer service. Unresponsive and incompetent. I don't mean that as an insult but rather an honest assessment of the work performed. Multiple documents were issued with obvious errors. Revisions were made to our closing disclosures after we approved the "final" version. The notary arrived with a version of the closing disclosures that was never, and has never, been provided to us by loanDepot.
