While working with this company it started out really good. The people were consistent with getting back to us about collecting our information and questions. It wasnt until we turned everything in paperwork wise on our end that we started getting the run around. Everything they asked of us we delivered, but when it came to getting things done on their end, it was very poorly done. Great rates, cheap, responsive, fast, competitive, and concerned about making sure I was taken care of every step along the way. Everything you would want in a mortgage company. I would use them again in the future.
We were looking into financing options to make some repairs to our house and consolidate some debt. Our credit is not bad. Not great, but not bad.
