I’ve come to this salon since it opened and could not rate it higher. I discovered Tom after having my hair destroyed by someone else on the high street and haven’t looked back since. It’s a lovely friendly vibe, sustainable (which means a lot to me), the products used smell lovely and of course the most important is the cut and colour and it’s great every time. I couldn’t recommend Tom and the Thrive team any higher!

Lovely experience today with Molly, she refreshed my roots and happily put the colour through all my hair as it had lightened in the sun. Molly took a lot of trouble making sure I was happy and that there was no dye on my face. Amber made a very good job of blow drying my hair and I left very happy.

First time visiting Thrive and I will be returning. I had a hair cut with Jo and she did a fantastic job and actually listened to what I wanted. Would definitely recommend!

My experience at Thrive left much to be desired. Despite arriving just 7 minutes late for my appointment, I was informed that a full head of highlights couldn't be accommodated due to my tardiness. While I accepted this policy, what truly soured my experience was the attitude of my hairdresser, Molly. From the outset, Molly's demeanor was less than welcoming.
