We had the worse chef I have ever seen. Steak was raw and the experience was terrible. Very disappointed
EVERY TIME I've been there, they say "oh we're short staffed " . ALL THE TIME? Seriously, tje service is so slow it's ridiculous.
This place deserves no stars, but the food is somewhat decent. I've been coming here for 6 years and it seems like the service is getting progressively worse. It's almost laughable how bad it is. You cannot go here without the knowledge that you will wait at least 45 minutes for your food on a slow business day. Save yourself a couple of hours and go to Sushi Popo or Konomi instead. I don't like writing negative reviews, but my past 3 experiences here have left me feeling so annoyed that I have to vent.
Do not come here until you see some evidence that service has changed. I was hoping earlier negative posts were off days. We waited for our food for at least 90 minutes, and waitstaff was pretty unapologetic. Sushi was mushy and bland. Do not go here.
This is an amazing place to eat! One of our favorites. Great food and good staff!
I used to really like this place until today. We came in at 6 and ordered at 6:30. Didn't get our food though until 8:00. The place wasn't to busy and no one even apologized for why the food was taking so long to get ready. When the food did come out it was just as good as I remembered but not worth the massive wait.
