My family ate here several times a month. We went tonight and hated the changes that are being made. Why fix things that are not broken? It's okay to improve things but don't make things worse. Good luck to the new owners. My family was a little depressed tonight.��
I took my 9 year old son to Three Samurai and the service was exceptional right along with their delicious food!! My son said that was his new favorite place to go for sushi! Loved the food and the experience there. Can't wait to go again.
Waited quite a while to be seated, and then order taken. I ordered chicken gyoza, chicken teriyaki with miso soup... my gyoza never showed at all, nor was it even mentioned. I was brought the wrong soup, at the exact same time as the main course, which was terrible. The chicken was almost all fatty pieces, and I have never had teriyaki as a gravy before, but it was awful. I ate a few bites and sent the rest home with those who I came with to give to their dogs. Avoid this place, especially on a Friday or Saturday night. Over priced, bland food, seated in some sort of closet room near the entrance. Some employee who thinks he's an Army drill instructor kept shouting names loud and aggressively.
Brought our son for his birthday and he was so excited because he loves sushi! We got there at 12:03 Sat and he didn't get his sushi til almost 1:30. My husband and myself got chicken teriyaki and that took almost as long , HOWEVER we finished our food before my sons and his girlfriend got theirs, and were left with our empty dishes to sit in front of us up until we were about ready to leave. Worst place ever service was crappy as well as the two guys making sushi devin and alex were drunk and being fools and every word out of there mouth was a f word with customers in there. Plus they were feeding drunk men more booze when they didnt need anymore
Food was really great!! Service was really poor. They clearly didn’t have enough people working.
The absolute worst experience I have ever endured. I will not set foot near this restaurant as long as I live on this planet!!! 1 star is 10 more than I would give them!!!
