2 1/2 hours, over 90 minutes just to get a chef and that was WITH a reservation. Chef was nice but very inexperienced. Food was ok but very disappointed in the wait and service tonight. This place is going downhill fast.
I shared several rolls of sushi and the duck dumplings. All of what I had was phenomenal. Absolutely recommend!
The service and food was amazing. The presentation was outstanding.
Waited 15 mins for anyone to even come to our table for drinks. The waiter at another table across from us walked past EIGHT times and never "told our waitress" we were sat. The chicken was gross. Never going back
Ordered food for our family to go. Was given a promised time of 7pm. Order was 20 minutes late (seemed like they had just started when we arrived.
Was there for lunch for the first time. The food was delicious. But the service was horrible. It took nearly 20 minutes to get our soup, then another 40 minutes to get our meal. The water tasted like dishwater and the iced tea was awful. Order something from a bottle or anything else that isn't made with their water. May try it again to see if the poor service was simply a bad day or if it's a regular occurrence. The food was worth a second try.
