I've been coming here for years & has been a favorite of my family's as well. They visit about once a year & each time we go, the service gets worse. Today, we were seated quickly, but then left for over 20 minutes to order. We ordered & it took over an hour to get our food. We were in the private seating area since we had a group of 6 & no one came to check on us. Great food! Great service! Don't knock it till you try it, some people that have never worked in customer service can tend to be a tad dramatic �
We waited 10 mins to be seated. Then we waited an 1 1/2 for our food. And there was literally 3 other customers in the restaurant. The food tasted good but again I don't have an hour and forty minutes to blow just for "good" sushi � The waitstaff was rude and obviously "under the weather" Probably never go back.........
You HAVE to get Josh for your grill! He truly makes the experience so much fun and more of an event than just an meal! Food was great too!
If I could give this place a negative score I would. I literally just walked out of this place after sitting for an hour and still hadn't gotten my food. And they were t even busy!!! And the waiter only came one time to refill my water within the hour. The worst service I have ever had EVER!! Sad part is I recommend this place to the people I was with . So not only have they lost me as a customer but 4 others as well
Went in last night with my girlfriend, took about 20 minutes to get sat, which was fine, they were busy. We finally get sat and order an Octopus salad and 2 rolls, takes over 40 minutes to get the rolls, salad comes 10 minutes after the order is put in. Finally get the rolls and they are tiny, basically nothing inside them. A major disappointment considering we were in there in December and the rolls were a good size. Hope was very nice though, always making sure we were okay. Odds are we won't be going there again
