Absoloute amazing staff malcolm goes above and beyond for everyone highly recommend
Nice hotel for price. First night no problems second night kept awake on and off all night music singing people up and down corridors singing ended up getting up at 5.30 and leaving no one on reception to complain to. Wont be going back
First time using this hotel and it wasn't bad at all. I think you have to realise this is an old building so it will creek and may have uneven stairs but that's the character. Let's face it, there isn't much going on in Burton so I wasn't expecting the Ritz. When I walked in the service desk was kind and was happy to answer any questions and they did ask if it was my first time at this hotel. Check-in was quick and easy. The room was more than what was expected, very nice sized room with a tiny hallway and a private bathroom... read more
Warm and cosy with a good bathroom and great shower
