Our family is beyond grateful for the care and support we received from this hospice team, especially our RN case manager, Lindsey Prince. Terrible experience. Sometimes it took days to get a phone call returned. Then when it came time to transfer my wife to hospice care they told the hospital case manager that she wasn’t a patient with them. I called to see what the problem was and still haven’t received an answer. I cannot recommend this company for Palliative Care, I would recommend trying anyone else.
They did a great job and I would highly recommend them.
Incredibly poorly run institution. We've been trying to get in touch with them to get details regarding an initial consultation bill. Trying now for over five weeks and no one has gotten back to us. At least one of the person we dealt with was named Molly, who had promised to return an answer but never did.
