What a find! We were passing through town and were fortunate enough to discover Three Carrots for our lunchtime fill in Indianapolis. ("Thank you, HappyCow!!") We enjoyed the Seitan Gyro and the Tofu Kitchen Sink - both so very tasty! And glancing over the rest of the menu, now we wished we lived in Indy! Thank you, Three Carrots.

Yes! Loved, loved, loved the food!
I was excited to come here on opening day and had the seitan gyro. I am not vegan nor do I love vegan food unconditionally, but this gyro was delicious! The seitan and pita bread were especially great together. Well done!
