I attend GenCon in Indianapolis every year. This was my first GenCon as a vegan however and finding Three Carrots was a blessing for me. The food was great, the staff was friendly, and the many regular customers gave me faith in humanity.
Best food in Indy! The seitan is perfect. Try the Buffalo Mac or tofu rich girl!
The food is amazing. I am not a vegan or even a vegetarian and loved it. Even the kale salad and I usually prefer my lettuce to be of the iceberg variety!!

I finally got to try Three Carrots today and it was amazing! I got the Veg Out with the chips and salsa, it's all I have been thinking about all day that's how delicious it was!! I can't wait to come back!
Great food, great people! Breakfast and lunch are both fantastic.
I adore three carrots! Their staff & owner are awesome and always able to answer any questions I have. I am especially fond of the seitan gyro, the biscuits and gravy, the mac & cheese (that has the extra nutritional yeast taste I crave), country fried seitan, coleslaw, and the cheesecakes!
