I have say, after doing a bit of research into inclusive, unbiased and accepting hairdressers, I was not welcomed. I popped in early on 22/11/24 to find the place empty besides the barber looking at their phone, who took a while to acknowledge me. When asked if they could help, I started to describe the potentially unusual haircut I wanted but was dismissively cut off and refused before I'd finished. I was a bit apprehensive at first as I always am going to a new barbers but Gavin was so friendly and professional I quickly felt at ease. Very good quality haircut and an absolute bargain for the price. Will definitely be going back, thank you!

Going to Thornton's was a brilliant experience. Gavin creates a very comfortable environment with his stories and humour. He's very talented at what he does and it's clear he's very experienced! He's willing to provide his professional advice on what looks good but ultimately is happy to cater to what the customer is looking for. I'm very happy with my visit and highly recommend Thornton's Barbers!
