I’ve been a customer here on and off since I moved to Newcastle 6 years ago. The staff are amazing and the services are fairly priced and good quality. The girls at the nail bar are always amazing at any nail art I give them and I always leave satisfied!

My nails ended up looking nothing like I wanted them to look, and instead chunky, crooked and hastily done, other than much shorter than I’d asked. I would have justified this as I know my nail beds are pretty hard to work on (but good nail techs should be able to do a decent job even on me), but their customer service is horrible.
