Made an appointment with me to attend my property for repairs to a bed frame on behalf of my letting agents which meant I had to rearrange my work diary on short notice and take time off, then they failed to arrive. When I called to chase them up when they were 20 mins late, the guy on the phone seemed to know little about it and told me they wouldn’t be attending.
