My family and I have been clients of Dr. Wm K Thomson, "Billy K" , since the early 1980's. I think he is exceptional in the most positive definition of that word. And because he is exceptional, he attracts especially competent and talented staff. Having grown up with a parent who was a dental professional, I have a background that is different than most patients. I am happy to say that I can recommend Dr. Thomson without reservation.
I never feel like a number. It doesn't matter how long it's been since I've been in, I always feel welcomed with everyone's smile and interest in how I have been! :) thanks guys!
All the staff here are fabulous, kind, and do their job we'll very personable, informed, and timely. A great experience reflects a great culture and leadership. Well done, y'all! I'll miss you when we move out of state!
Thompson and Palmer have been my dentists for several years and I couldn't be happier with the excellent dental work they do. They are highly skilled and very personable. As an example of the care they give their patients, I chipped a crown on a front tooth recently and they saw me first thing and had it all fixed up with incredible efficiency which I greatly appreciated. Would highly recommend them as a dental practice!

Thomson and Palmer deserve 5 stars. They've been my dentists for several years. They are highly skilled and very personable. Their staff is also as nice as can be. The staff are great from your greeting when you enter through the procedures and finally when you leave with your goodie bag of dental products. Dr. Thomson is a great dentist and has a genuinely friendly personality, but the staff is what makes this a great experience.
You know I love y'all. Now if y'all could just scare the shit out of Chad and make him quit dipping...
I love going to the Dentists, best staff and best Dentists in town. This office prides itself on always being on schedule with their patients.
