I have been seeing Billie K Thomson for dental needs for YEARS. We both went to Austin High School and, man, could I share some stories!!!! But, I won't. He is the most professional, knowledgable, friendly, caring, responsible, dedicated, person and dentist that I have ever known. I use the same words for his staff and Dr. Palmer. This practice is the best. And I am old enough to know the difference between good and over the top. This practice is over the top.
