The staff at Thomson and Palmer are the best. They are always friendly and committed to giving excellent care of your teeth and gums.
Have been going to Dr Thomson and Dr. Palmer for over a decade. Visit was great as always - friendly and efficient admin staff and as good as it gets with respect to dental care.

I have never gone into this office without being greeted, being recognized by name and being reminded of what we talked about last time. The service is prompt and thorough too.

Two of the most highly skilled dentists in the city backed up by the most professionally trained staff I've ever encountered. Hesitant to ever do this but I would recommend them over anyone.

You can search all over the state of Texasand you will not find a better dentist than Dr. Thomson. If you find. One as good, then you will be truly fortunate. If you live in Austin, then you are in luck because he is still practicing so get to him while you can. He runs an upbeat, efficient office where none of his staff ever quit...they unfortunately all retire at some point. Trust me , he will make your teeth, your bite, and your attitude about it, all right.
I have been a patient of Dr. Thomson since the early '70s and I recommend him and Dr. Palmer without reservation. I have had very few dental problems and they have been corrected with a minimum of pain and financial cost to me even though I do not have dental insurance. I give credit to the doctors and their staff members partly for emphasizing to me the importance of my own dental care and staying on top of me for that.
