I've been going to Dr. Thomson since the '80s. He is the kindest and most accommodating dentist I've ever known. If you're nervous, he'll let you take your time, he'll call to see how you're doing after a demanding procedure and he's always smiling. He also has a fantastic partner, Dr. Palmer, and great staff. They are always there when you need anything.
I am a "mature woman "with a lifelong history of avoiding dental care because of traumatic early experiences. The relationships that I've developed with Dr. Palmer and his staff are such that I actually look forward to going to the dentist now, I have developed healthy dental care routines and I am finally happy to share my smile with everyone.
Who looks forward to going to the dentist? It's not normal, right? Speak to any of Dr. Thompson's patients, and they will tell you that they not only look forward to going, the experience is "like visiting family". Actually, it most cases, it's better. The staff is wonderful, Billy K. is a friend to his patients, and the quality of their work is second to none.
I've been a patient of Dr. Palmer's for quite some time. I have never had a negative experience from his treatments to the treatments of Stephanie or Adrian.
It's the same ole good service, good people, clean, efficient, personal service for the last 35 years!!!
