This was the most at ease I have ever felt in a dentist office. Dr Palmer spoke with me before the exam ever started so that I could make informed decisions later after the exam. He was definitely the person in charge, not the hygienist. I will definitely be going back!!!
One night, on our anniversary, I bit into an apply and the veneer on my front tooth came off. It was after 9:00 at night and I called the office number and left a message telling them what had happened. At 8:10 the next morning the office called me and got me into the office at 12:00 that day. Dr. Thomson glued my veneer back in place and I look just fine now. Thanks to everyone at Thomson and Palmer for a great response and good work.
As usual, in and out quickly. Work well done. Interested in my well being. I wouldn't have been with them as long as I have if he weren't great.

I've been seeing Dr. Thomson for almost 40 years, and he consistently has demonstrated superb dental skills along with genuine concern and compassion. Because of his full schedule, for the last two emergency visits, I've seen Dr. Tait, who is equally as skilled and excellent at calming his patients' fears. I give them both the highest recommendation!

I had a great visit at Thomson and Palmer. They are both wonderful dentists, and I know that they strive to give the best dental care with the least amount of pain. I am never fearful when I go there. You will not find better dentists in all of Central Texas - and maybe beyond!
Dr. Palmer cleaned my teeth. When it comes to this or any dental work he has done on me, he seeks nothing but perfection. I am always satisfied and I trust in him completely. I also appreciate the fact that he makes time to clean my teeth seeing that a dental hygienist could do the trick. Everyone is so friendly even the staff that I do no know very well. And they are always on time if not a few minutes early, so don't be late! I would give them 5 star service. Thank you.
