I have been a patient at Thomson and Palmer for nearly 20 years and have always been impressed with, not only, the dental care but the top notch customer service I have received from the entire staff. I can't imagine going anywhere else.
I have been a patient with Dr. Thomson & Palmer for 35 years and I have sent many of my staff and friends to this firm through out the years and have never received a complaint regarding the level of expert service and kind warm feeling when going to a dental facility. Kudos to the staff as always!
When I was a young girl, I already dreaded going to the dentist. Now that I go to Dr.Thomson and Dr. Palmer, I can hardly wait to go for my checkup. Everyone in the office is so friendly and caring. They are total professionals, yet make you feel like family. They are the best!!!

Today I saw Dr Palmer and he is as knowledgeable as he is fun to talk to. Stephanie is the best for cleaning, all the staff was very pleasurable. I was even late and they were nothing but understanding. Great experience!
I ignored a voice mail from the office on my phone, assuming it was a confirmation call. It was actually a call to let me know I needed to reschedule. Still assuming it was just a confirmation, I drove from Georgetown only to find I should have listened to my messages! Dr. Palmer stepped up without hesitation (and a full schedule already) to fit me in that minute! It was truly a team effort by their excellent staff to fit me and continue with other patients. I love Dr. Thomson and Dr. Palmer and the entire staff - who by the way stays! I started seeing Dr. T after I graduated college and have continued to see him or Dr. Palmer even when I lived in Dallas and while I have lived in Round Rock the past 15 years. I would never change -they have worked with me, know me and I wouldn't trade that for someone closer to me ever!
